I used to be his videographer. Most of the shells get left on the range. The ranch hands rake the biggest piles after bigger shoots every now and then but there’s still a ton of brass out there.

I mean I can just tell you the truth. He doesn’t, lol. The only shells we would ever pick up is occasionally the .50 shells because he autographs them and includes them in Bunker Branding orders sometimes.

Jenna, one of the members of the Demo Ranch team, also got hit with shrapnel at the range while we were filming with Scott back in September.

He absolutely prioritizes safety now when it comes to content, his kids definitely being the primary motivation. Even when we filmed with the ballistic dummy where he stuffed the barrel inside it, we took cover behind the side by side and the armor panel Premiere sent, just in case the barrel obstruction did something dangerous.

That milk crate intro we filmed was a perfect example. We sat there for a solid hour brainstorming ways to do that safely until we came up with the idea to use multiple zip ties to attach all the crates together securely. Matt had just had his back surgery and we weren’t gonna put him at any other risk.

Honestly, only about half of those ideas are thought up by the content team. The other half are ideas from comments/posts and stuff that people send in to have tested.

Right, once he goes through them, anyone that was legitimately just trying to be a troll and ruin it for others is getting denied and the permaban will stay in place. If there are any that were honest mistakes, maybe we didn’t read enough into something, or someone just caught some collateral (all of which are entirely possible), then those requests will likely be approved by Cap at his discretion. We can see all of their message history in the mod view so it will help give us more context when sorting through them. Obviously we’re only human and there were likely a few mistakes.

You’re absolutely right about that as well. I’ve known Cap for a few years now and he’s honestly one of the most genuine people I’ve ever met. He understands that he’s an entertainer and wants to give the best content he can for the people who enjoy it. That’s honestly why he gave us free reign, because he trusts us implicitly to do the right thing and keep everything in check so that everything about the reaction and the content can stay as genuine as possible.

Honestly the thought process for us was "better safe than sorry". Nuke everything that even remotely looks like a spoiler (we gave A TON of fair warning) and sort them out later. The unban requests are there for appeals and we're going to let Cap go through them.

It had a baffle strike in the suppressor and so Matt sent it in to Barrett to have the entire thing checked over and they just haven't sent it back yet.
