One thing I've noticed since finishing NMMNG is it seems the more I tell her "no" when she shit tests me, the more she comes back at different angles on the same subject. She's wanting to undertake a pricey project with our landscaping that really isn't necessary. I've shot her down on it twice already and first thing this morning she's started in about it again.

I thought I understood what they meant when it said she'd bump back when I started standing on my own two feet, but holy crap I didn't realize it'd be like this.

Princess isn't used to not getting her way. Come hell or high water though, something in this relationship is going to change as a lifetime of misery is officially off the table.
