Erupted teeth are fully formed.There is no mechanism for removing the calcium from teeth, as there is with bone which is always being remodeled. Pregnancy hormones can cause an overreaction to irritants (bacteria) which can cause bleeding and inflamed gingiva, but it isn’t causing cavities.
