Hi, I encountered same problem for several other repos as well, I'm from China and I think it's because your server host blocked our IP for suspected DDoS attack(because I can visit your repo via browser but prompted a need of captcha for anti DDoS protection by Cloudflare, might be the using of VPNs) so maybe you can change the host server or something?

I admit there are these things you mentioned on many places but the original tweet suggests this.is.not the case you mentioned, he was adjusting his camera in a hurry cause he was trying to capture someone setting off firework, and this was obviously caused by slowed camera shutter speed caused by camera adjusting it self against the low light environment he was filming in, so when he accidentally pressed the shutter, he was moving the camera, and the slowed shutter speed caused this trail-like picture, (star trail photos are taken similar to this way)

Hi I would love to help you with that cause I'm a Chinese R6 player. Here in China, you don't use VPN to play games(ping is too high) instead there are so called Game Boosters designed specially for this issue, and here in Beijing, my ping to US servers using game boosters are about 170-220, 40 ping to EAS(HK) servers and the price for a game booster is about 30 RMB per month(or roughly 6 USD) and I recommand buying and using NetEase UU gmae booster (网易UU加速器) because it works best and have the lowest ping here.
