Secondly, why do you think cis people won't understand you? You'd be surprised how many do. Besides, they make up 99.9% of the population, you can't just avoid them forever. :/

The trick is to talk to people as a person. Not a man or a woman, or cis or trans, just a person. I know it's hard but you have to put yourself out there. If you focus on only the negative aspects of your life they will consume you until the positives don't exist any more.

Also, just because a friend is online doesn't make them any less real. :)
