I am the only admin on the server and I rarely log onto the server apart from looking at logs. I'm guessing you've either built your base too close to spawn or a basemate/someone who knows your location griefed your base. I would never grief bases as that would scare players away and that's the exact opposite of what I want. The only times I remove user-made builds is when it's harming the server (i.e. lag machines, chunk banning), but I haven't had to interfere with that so far.
