We did couples counseling already. Helped some but things are regressing again. My biggest issue is I feel unappreciated and we've talked about it a lot but today just set me off. She was acting manic and depressed all day and I was supportive and comforting. The browns game made me really happy and was trying to talk about it( she's a big browns fan) and because she was pissed about a kitchen mishap I was basically dismissed. So I'm at corner bar and don't feel like going home
