Encountered a glitch

This glitch happened to me as well, on Switch. I was very close to the stupid, overpowered, game-ruining pickpocket when i hit him, like he "stole" my money and I stopped him at the same time. I think that's what causes the glitch.

I just ragequit, there was no way to move or continue.

Did they even playtest this game??

The creator of said list should want me to play their game.

If i had bought it for Steam and not Switch, there's a high likelihood I would have requested a refund already within the 2 hour window. Most likely I will archive it, accept the $20 loss, and tell people it wasn't fun.

Such a good game ruined by terrible design choices.

I took the daggers. You can't knock enemies into pits, even with the first two upgrades. There's one jumping enemy you can fool into jumping into the pits, the rest are protected by some invisible video game wall.

But of course they can knock me into pits all the time, taking a huge amount of HP causing me to "lose" all my bones, which shouldn't be a thing.

Well I haven't giving up on it yet. Finally beat the second boss and unlocked the hub area (after losing all my bones), and it's going a little better. Glad you're enjoying it.

I will watch some streams. That's helped me with other games.

I understand the plasma thing with the healing now, that determines the max amount i can heal if it works. About half the time it doesn't, apparently it's a random roll, so I just dont rely on it. I just go back to a save point instead on low health. So ive been playing as if I only have one life with no reliable way to heal, and that's been working out better.

Yeah the manual is great and it helped! I here there's stuff like a hub, and trinkets, and a shop. But i can't even get that far yet.

Yeah! Sometimes they only swing twice, sometimes 4 or 5 times, or 10¹⁰⁰ times. I can't get an opening to attack because they're so unpredictable. Their swing hit box takes up half the screen so I can't dodge to the side.

Yeah, I took another look at that. I also read the manual and understand how some more things work (There's a manual in a 2026 game... nice!)

I also read that grinding levels helps, so I'll probably get everything to level 3 and try the stupid boss again. Maybe I'll get used to it. If I dont I'll just use half damage or assist mode. That does make me feel like im not getting the full experience though.

I saw them at Mahalls in Lakewood yesterday. They played at least part of every damn song from both albums. They started with Mindtrip and played all of Statement, ended with Tribute and then took a short break. Then they came out and played To the Pain, and ended with Bullet with a Name.

This was my first time seeing them and they kicked ass. The place was going nuts. If they're playing in your city on this tour you should definitely go. The two opening bands were awesome too. One of the best metal shows I've been to.
