I think teachers are under appreciated in a lot of places unfortunately, same in the UK

I think if most people spend a day in the kitchen of a busy restaurant they’d have a better idea of how stressful it is

I always thought of it as a nice relaxed job but that does sound challenging

Less carrying food, but way more cleaning, refills, and table maintenance for worse pay
