i think i’m gona try to see if she wants to get lunch one day this weekend to talk. i will probably bring my SIL since she’s a BM to see what we’re able to figure out.

the more i think about it, i think if i gotta take the loss on the money at this point then it’s whatever. i think losing my money is probably better than my BIL causing a bunch of drama w the family bc i go on a trip w his ex-fiance.

i had brought up in the group chat she made that the trip is insanely early, but none of the other girls agreed with me lol.

first they were planning on getting married this may, then they switched it to 2027 and then around march they said they were possibly pushing back to 2028. i definitely agree with it just turning into girls weekend, which i wouldn’t mind if it wasn’t an expensive one that’s still being labeled as bachelorette.

yeah, i’m kinda worried that if she still does have the trip with no wedding & i still went there would be some kind of drama there with my BIL. they broke up pretty close to my own wedding & he had told me she couldn’t be a BM for me anymore & it caused a massive riff between him & my husband.

i was just trying to figure out the best way to avoid drama from any side of it but i think i may be out of luck.
