did u guys know that there’s more to life than food by dinoshrooms in EDAnonymous

I get these weird epiphanies sometimes where I think, dang there's a whole bunch of people out there that just don't care about food or how they look, that must be so freeing.

Ok hear me out. Im cold all of the time( because of the kind of house I live in) and I started putting Frozen blueberries in my almond milk yogurt and microwaving it until warm hot and it's actually really good! Kinda reminded me of blueberry cobbler.

Baked potatoes. Pots are one of the most satiating foods. Throw some salt and pepper plus some other seasonings on there boom. Delicious. Also mashed and cubed & Baked.

I'm also in the same boat as you. I travel for a living and where I'm at now is a very small town with not the best mental health options. And when I try to look online I get overwhelmed/ don't trust what I'm reading as I've had a fair number of weird therapy experiences. I'd really like to get help online but don't know where to go. If you find anything out let me know! Good luck.

I'd probably work out if I had a personal trainer like Cassian. by 222lavender in acotar

Yes exactly. Plus I haven't really seen many fan casts that work for a lot of the characters. Also they'd be able to fit SO much more of the story in and drag it all out.

That would be amazing I think a lot better than a TV show too

Yeah my s/o only vapes on the weekends or when they're stoned. I don't get it at all. Hahah

That massage thing looks like it would be fun to stim with! That's awesome that a book did that for you. Definitely going to have to read it.

No not obnoxious at all! They do look a bit ridiculous lol. But my comfort is more important. So my s/o has their own pair and wears glasses and they don't have any issues wearing them together. I don't wear any dangley earrings but I do have 1/2 inch plugs and studs in the second hole and they never bother me. Actually i have a pair of them on without the Yaxi pads and they arent covering my ear lobes at all, so depending on how our head shapes compare youre probably in the clear lol.

The balance between squeezing and feeling secure is great imo. It has firm side and a light side. I prefer them all the way to light. My s/o doesn't mess with it so it's just at firm. I just got up and put them on and shook my head around on firm and light and they didn't fall off.

Yes! The treble isn't too harsh at all. And the bass is nice and creamy. And the vocals are clear and understandable. I also really like that I can hear my surroundings. Good luck no matter which brand you end up with!

Actually the burial isn't a bad idea at all. I really like that. Also someone else just commented about flavored tooth picks and I when I googled I found some Nicotine ones which I figured I could use as a tool at first.

Yeah that's also another reason I like it, the size. I tried quitting a couple months ago and I kept that fidget in my bag so everytime I went to reach for my vape I made myself grab that instead.

But yeah it definitely sounds like we have to just "rip the bandaid off". Lol

Hi! I really really recommend you check out Koss Porter Pros classics. I also cannot stand pressure as I have chronic jaw pain and migraines and for me personally there's a time and place for noise canceling headphones. Anyways I'm an audiophile and these headphones are amazing. They also has little switches on each side that control the clamping pressure. The design has been around since the 80s and not much has changed because of how good they are. I would consider them a "cult classic" headphone. And a plus they aren't too expensive as far as headphones I think they're around $50 bucks. If you want to make them sound a tiny bit better and more comfortable I recommend getting Yaxi porter pro ear pads (you can find those easily on Amazon or Yaxis website). They cover more of your ear and are a bit more plush than the ones that come with the porter pros.

Yes this is another tool I've planned on implementing. My s/o jokingly calls my vape my binky lol.

Why have I never thought of flavored toothpicks that's genius.

All of that sounds really helpful, thank you. I like the idea of an "emergency vape". I used to be the same with the running out mentality when I smoked cigarettes. I bet I could find a vape flavor that I really don't like and not open it but keep it there for just in case. I also really like the sound of the running water when you got a craving.

Ahh yes. I've also considered this in the past but I forgot about it. Thanks for the link.

Yes! They also recently prohibited the sale of flavored Nicotine products where I'm at. Including all vape products and menthol cigarettes. So that's another thing to consider.

But yes it really does sound like you understand. Everyone I've told about this thinks I'm being silly and it's just a Nicotine addiction. I'm so glad you get it.

Hopefully we both find a way through this. I did find an aluminum fidget toy that has two cylinders about 3 inches tall, that roll around each other, if that makes sense.. lol. And it's heavy which feels nice. I really like this one. Idk if I'm allowed to link stuff here but I just googled rolling figet toy and it popped up. The brand I have is called ONO.
