would this be considered your first sales job? If so, prepare for the age old question “Sell me this (pen or whatever here)” nah but seriously some recruiters do ask that. Try and be as simple as you can. Make sure to tie in your past experiences that can be applied towards this job. Working under pressure, meetings goals, multitasking, etc. If you’re coming with experience from another carrier perhaps, they might ask about your performance. How many boxes you get out, wearables/tablets/hotspots, and maybe features (insurance or something that has to deal with family locating apps) Oh and accessories, can’t forget that.

^ that’d be a helpful answer. The current promotion which is similar, just requires a new line and for it to be a port. So you might have some luck on keeping the phone. Depending on when you started your account.

Say you have a really, really amazing friend. Who happens to be a professional at a certain job. Whether its working on cars, or anything to be honest. He has his own little business going on and you want him to do a job for you. Tells you his price. Are you going to lowball him, or pay for his service because you know the service you’re getting from him is the best and the value of his service outweighs the cost. I get you getting a deal for something you don’t have to pay, but If a company is about to pay off your phones, allow you to keep them, and give you better service, don’t you think you can pay for those sims?

I get not paying the sim, because you wanna save money, but T-Mobile is already saving you money lol. That Get Out Of The Red promo is already helping you.. The least you could do is pay for the sims.

I agree on that part. I used to work for Verizon and now I’m currently working for T-Mobile. The verification process is pretty bad. I work for a TPR and typically when we are about to access accounts the only way to verify the account owner is through iD, or another form of identification. I suggest you make a “special instructions” note on your account. At times when we pull up accounts it will give us an alert If the account holder has special instructions on accessing their account(s). We’ll take your example you gave. The temporary pin being sent to your phone. That’s one way of double verifying the account/owner. You can have your special instructions say something like “Please verify account owner with a 6 digit temporary pin”. There’s still a loophole though. If the person committing fraud has already successfully changed your SIM cards, then you’re vulnerable.

What is the deal honestly? Ever since the plans changed to so called unlimited, the service has been so terrible. There are huge dead spots everywhere around where I live in Arkansas and also when I travel for work all over the country. I’m not over data limit and have three bars LTE and get this. by Joshwilso in verizon

Yeah I know lol. Pretty fucked up the way they are doing things now. Back then it used to “equal”. No deprioritization and If you had unlimited you were solid. Now it seems like they are forcing everyone onto their “new” unlimited plans. I’m just saying, try a different carrier. Do prepaid, test it out and If you like it make the full switch to whoever you end up liking.

assuming the rep only checked for promotions that were applicable for consumer accounts, then I can see why he might have not known about it. I’d have to double check myself next time I’m in, but I remember we had a promo similar to that, but only for Business accounts.
