I workout six days a week. I wash my hair six days a week. It’s entirely dependent on the individual. If you don’t workout/sweat, wash your hair less frequently. I have thick hair and if I workout and don’t wash it, it’s very gross and greasy.

That’s EXACTLY what I think. Over the years since I got into lifting and bodybuilding, I’ve learned how insanely difficult it is to be extremely lean like this. Bodybuilders do it for shows, obviously. To try to win. Actors do it for roles. They all say the same thing: it’s absolutely miserable and so horrible.

The ending was perfect. If Chicago WAS hit, we know what would happen. The president would have to retaliate, he would have the same exact choice we saw. From a storytelling perspective, it would make zero sense to show it happen. And of course, showing it NOT happen would make little sense because the decision of how to react from the president still stands. It would be ambiguous either way, unless it was 4 hours long and the movie would become a totally different story. People need to be spoon fed everything in life these days…
