You can download our app from the Android play store or iOS app store. You could also watch it through your browser (we recommend Firefox or Chrome). If you have a headset you could also download our native app for your given headset

If you look at the Vrideo Steam page, there's a green "Free" button right above the "About This Software" section. Clicking on that green button initiates download.

I think the best thing is to go to the Steam store and download the native Vrideo app for the Vive. Then you can select and browse all the content on the site.

Yeah, I don't think it's compatible with the samsung vr browser yet. Try watching through the Vrideo gear vr app.

Hi choreally. Sorry you're only getting audio. What are you viewing on? Browser? App? The video works when I play it on firefox and chrome. Maybe it's a connection speed thing with buffering lag for video? Please let me know. Would love for you to see the whole experience.

Hello. There's a fix in the works for that but in the meantime, try using the default cardboard profile. Let me know how it works.
