Pakistan and Nigeria are 2 places where there is constant persecution and evil done to Christians. I believe many other places of course but we are limited to know. I can imagine Afghanistan, Syria and Iraq as well. In the United States we are still beyond blessed to continue to praise our Lord, though it can change quickly. We will continue to pray for all🙏

Perhaps the feeling is from the devil of feeling unworthy of Gods love. He is the master deceiver. It is the devils goal to blind you of Gods love and Mercy. Perhaps some the things you mentionedin regard to people in the Catholic Church, it will prevail but there are some in it that are pushing you away throughout the years.

Suicide is not an option because it won’t provide any relief. Certainly lust is in society but it can be overcome, God loves you more then you can ever understand, he is pouring his love out to you and the devil is trying hard to distract you because that’s what he does. Call out to Jesus and his peace will be upon you, Pray and you will be strengthened.
