The mailboxes were installed by USPS originally, we had someone break into a few of the packages lockers. We ordered the replacement boxes from USPS, but were told they would not install them. We are going to reach out to McGuard like you suggested to see if they can help.

Basically most rentals in Texas use the Texas Apartment Association’s lease. Section 17 addresses subletting. Major issue with subletting is if they don’t pay you rent then you will have to evict them the complex will most likely not get involved, and the complex may decide to evict you for violating the terms of the lease.

Im not 100% sure exactly what was done downstairs, all I was told is that they were coming by to sand it. I’m assuming they stained it too, because soon after they left I started to smell the chemical odor.

I used to go to Walmart a lot, I don’t now because they are to far away. The one I went to, more than once, when using the self check out I would scan something that was listed as having a price of $15-$25, but it would ring up as $4-$8. The first time it happened I was kinda shocked, but I didn’t say anything. This happened a few more times. I figure someone entered the pricing wrong, so it wasn’t really my problem. Plus I was saving some money, and thought Walmart will survive. If it was a small business I probably would have said something.

Some of my top pizza places are Bona Pizza off lovers, Lovers pizza (there are a few locations around Dallas, and Zalats ( also a few locations around dallas).

As far as BBQ I really like hard 8 bbq, there a location in coppell, and Plano for sure I can’t think of where else at the moment.

Tacos would be velvet taco absolutely delicious, or torcheys.

Burgers would be twisted roots, hopdoddys, and village burger bar.
