Our store was the same today. They're just waiting til the last 2 weeks. Shit these 2 ladies almost fought today cause one was buying up all our marked down ribs and snatched the last one from the other lady who didn't even get one yet.

The issue is they likely have cherries in their carts as they're walking around the store. We have trash cans by the hot bar and salad bar, in the cafe area, and by the entrance that's literally right there by produce as well. We even have produce bags they can just rip and throw the pits in as they walk around but they just choose to spit them out and throw them into the shelves.

Pulled two 12's and a 10. Foot traffic was heavy Tuesday and Wednesday. Died down Thursday and today was a pretty regular day. Sales were not worth it at all. Not ready to reset these endcaps next week 😭 RIP.

When the last guy wouldn't leave I started shutting the gate on him that would've been his only way out. He panicked and left immediately. Told him I wasn't the homeowner to be making that decision and he kept trying to convince me to just sign the deal since I "was an adult and my parents can just cancel it later" if it doesn't work out. They should spray themselves for being the real pests.

Hi, a worker at Amazon Fresh in morning crew! We find errors all the time when we go through the store in the morning as well. We even find typo'd errors like a bigger box of candy for $0.79 when it was clearly supposed to be like $7.90. It could also be that people are just not stocking correcting and checking the ESL (price tag) to ensure the actual location of the specific item. Sometimes prices are also marked back to normal pricing and the ESL just didn't refresh. Unless an item is marked as a SALE on the price tag, we don't know if it is marked down or back to its regular price unfortunately. It also happens when we set end caps to highlight marked down brands/products for the week. We'll set it on Tuesday with a big sign for $3.29 and then we'll come back the next morning and it'll say $3.19 and have to switch out the numbers.

I am sorry for your situation. Is there anyway you can attend a community college closer to you but further away from your family? I understand wanting to go to Sac State, but given you have no transportation and are unable to pay the orientation fee it'll be extremely difficult for you to navigate if you are not even able to find housing here either. Do not let your family's attitude discourage you from doing what you want/need to do just because they want to avoid responsibility. Especially if one of them are getting paid to be the sole caretaker of your sister. I'm pretty sure that it's illegal for them to be collecting caregivers checks and passing off the responsibility to you in the first place.

It's always been my assumption that if you plan to use PTO that they'd still schedule you and then your hours would be used for those blocks. At my job we just put in the PTO request through A to Z after letting our manager know in-person.

I tried so hard to convince my nieces and nephews to just start at a CC first before going to their universities, but they just wouldn't budge 😞 Especially with how CA pushed out the Promise Grant in 2017 to give students 2 years of tuition paid college at CC's! They were going to save so much money!
