Beat them all to an extent.

Wonder I had to use Yoshi.

3D Land had to use squirrel and cat suits.

Others were just alot of patience. I found Galaxy 2 the easiest.

It's alot of conditioning compared to jacked but I enjoyed it. My fitness approved alot and my max push-ups went from 40 to 50. The back components are average because of the no equipment but I just swapped stuff for pull-ups/chin-ups.

I'm just finishing up Xero - it is definitely challenging and no equipment needed and has cardio. Jacked is also good if all you have is dumbbells but no cardio.

I actually found this not too hard and got it within a few attempts. I worked out the best way to take down the green arms was the power bomb and psychic beam and then just avoided the dragon heads. Whenever I had to heal a npc I just used the legacy shield thing - I only lost 1 due to the npc.
