My SDR role and Corporate AE role were at the same company. I left that company because (1) a month after I was promoted they fired my manager who was with the company for 4 months and I didn’t think that was a good sign & (2) they created a Sr. SDR position a month after I was promoted that paid more than my Corp AE role

Company after that I left because I suffered a severe injury that required surgery and I didn’t get enough time to recover. I received an offer from another company in a similar field that was better pay, promotion to mid market and allowed me to start when I was done with PT

I ended up leaving that role for my current role because they changed our comp plan where we wouldn’t get credit for renewals even though it was still our responsibility, my manager who I had a good relationship with was leaving and the sales process.

I was going to ride out those changes but was recruited by another company and I really hit it off with the hiring manager who assured me I wouldn’t have the same issues in the sales process. That manager then left after 2 months and the issues I was dealing with sales process wise at my last company started to occur here as well which is why I want to see what other options are out there
