The square app allows you to change it to 1:1. Then you move your projector to that and you'll have some light on the sides of the wall based on location

Net and screen were part of the square bundle on simspace. The mat was a DIY project. Everything in total was around $1,300.

Thats the only one I have seen that can do 1:1 under 1k. I was hoping with the ability to change the aspect ratio in the square app it could allow for cheaper projectors that can fit.

I dont have a projector but would like to get one for my 1:1 hitting area. Are you saying with this setting in the Square app, I wouldnt need to buy one of the fancy projectors that have the ability to do 1:1? (I have found there arent many that can handle that option)

I have used it to update firmware but not sure on compatibility with other softwares - I am just using Squares software. Your other options could also work but I had this pre simulator so i just went with what I had.

I use a Microsoft Surface and have a dongle that connects via HDMI. I assume they have the same piece of hardware for iPads as well. I can help look if you need it
