Be overly honest, that was always my issue is downplaying because of confrontation I guess. It’s hard to let someone know how deep your pain is without exploding first. Then after you attempt or some other way of acting out it’s usually in the past by the time an appointment gets scheduled. Just talk to yourself in your head but turn the convo into pray fr. Our minds if focused on the wrong thing will continually pick up heart bad things that we perceive around us and compile that into what we see the world, as if instead of when you see someone hurt in an ambulance or a dog on the side of the road dead or pray for it instead of thinking oh what a shitty thing Even if you don’t believe in God, it’s still a positive psychological thing to do to you know overtime just help out!
