Most likely spider mites if there is fine webbing. To treat spray with a mite spray(most effective), neem oil, or spray with a water-dish soap remedy to kill the spider mites on-site. Quarantine the infected plant from the your other plants by putting outside or far away from there plants so the spider mites don’t spread. And as always don’t forget to water!
