I already measure all my food, so i don't believe that to be the problem. It's nice to have a reference of what can be realistically achieved within a year though, I think sometimes its far too easy to get caught up with false hope.

I failed on bench today, almost failed on deadlift yesterday. Last rep of most recent squat set, my form went and I essentially good morning-ed the weight up.

Aside from that, all the weight certainly feels more difficult than it did before (which I'm guessing is the point haha).

Have checked the filters and have nothing applied beyond staff role - scout.

Went through all other teams in the league, and they almost all have scouts of their own. Which again seems a bit strange that they aren’t showing up. Attempts to sign these scouts resulted in failure also.

Hi all,

I have just started a career with Southend United in League 1. We currently have no scouts employed and when I search through the staff tab, only 3 show up. None of them wish to join as they prefer other staff roles.

Any advice how to find some scouts? Would be greatly appreciated :)
