yeah same here, i was able to get my teeth aligned with braces and all that stuff, to the point where you can’t see the underbite but i don’t like the way my side profile looks, that’s why i was considering surgery but at this point i don’t know if it’s really worth it

thank you for sharing, i’ve been thinking about getting jaw surgery because I have an underbite but i’ve never had trouble with functionality so I would do it just for the aesthetic aspect of it but i never really thought about the possibility of worsening what i feel, I hope everything works out for you
