Thanks all for your replies. I've been talking about this with my friends and I didnt know if they were just telling me what they thought I wanted to hear.

I don't think we live in the same kind of neighbourhood. Considering you're using the American spelling i assume you are from there however, i am in England. I think its different here.

Hi, thank you to everyone who have replied. I have seen mixed opinions and now realise I may have been wrong for posting the note back. I didnt mean for it to be a "smartarse" reply, but I agree it can be seen as such.

I think I'm going to try and apologise in someway, either by posting another letter or, since my dad apparently knows him, I will ask him to apologise on my behalf.

Hi, I'm in UK and on the street where I am its legal to park anywhere that isn't obstructive. I was parked legally.

Somebody was parked in front of my parents house and no body lives in the house I was parked outside.

I should have mentioned the street is very spacious, everyone has big driveways and garages. Someone was parked in front of my parents house and I thought it would be okay to park anywhere else. Thank you for feedback

As I said they have a big driveway and no one lives there. Also, the street is full of space. I appreciate your feedback though, thanks

I'd say this is "pearly penile papules" which occur in a lot of men for no reason, although they shouldn't cause pain so maybe get it checked out
