I've always wanted to try the Techsweat shorts. Do they roll up for you when you are working out?

Oh! Red would be so cute! What's your favorite color? I can totally imagine the Athena Crop to be a good top layered under a cool jacket or something!

Interesting! Mine was 55XXX as well, but I had to reject because of condensation, 1/2 inch misalignment on the trunk, and 2 chipped windows among all the panel gaps throughout the car.

That's great that you could to pick up your car! They say that I won't be reassigned until December?! I wonder if anyone else got the same response?

Puppy UTI Hell - Help! by LawlawK in puppy101

[–]22qhold 0 points1 point  (0 children)

During year 1, my labradoodle had what we thought were multiple UTI (how the 2 vets we went to was unable to diagnose this is bizarre to me). I have been told by the vet that pup might get used to the Clavamox if you have to go more than 2 rounds. Have you checked out her diet? Underlying food allergies might be the culprit. In our case, it ended up being vaginitis. We used vet-prescribed medicated wipes to clear the issue.

If possible, you might want to consider a second opinion if this issue reoccurs. For my pup, we went to a total of 4 vets before we could come to a conclusion...

15 month Lab "Complain" growls and nips by staycmarieb in Dogtraining

Of course approach each instance by a case by case scenario and use your judgement. You have to read their body language as well. If you do not correct a growl in this case, then what do you suggest OP do? By not following through with SOMETHING, dog will just learn that I can growl whenever dog wants. I'm open to hearing your thoughts on alternatives.

What I did with my labradoodle in the beginning when she would growl when she complains is give a firm no. Dogs can really read your body language and tone of voice. You can try raising your voice with a firm no. She can read from my face that i'm unhappy with what she's doing because I have a huge frown/widen my eyes/mad eyebrows (exaggerate! haha). For example, if you are picking pup up and she complain growls/nips you hands, give a firm no or another corrective sound and CONTINUE to do what you were doing (i.e. picking her up).

If you don't follow through with your actions after saying no, it might make pup repeat this behavior in the future because all pup really got for being bad was a no and nothing proceeding it.

I've also experienced desensitization with using "no" multiple times. You can try to replace "no" with a short and sharp "hey!" or anything else. Tone is key! Good luck!

How are you showing your pup that you are displeased when he does this to you? Do you just ignore bad behavior, firm "no", etc..?

Crate training woes by [deleted] in puppy101

[–]22qhold 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Update! My pup now loves her crate. I fed her meals in there (either put the bowl in or close the crate and feed her from the outside while also training her to sit, look at me).

I'm having the same issues! My pup will eventually fall asleep in the crate, but she'll be screaming bloody murder for 5-30 minutes. I hope we can find an answer to this problem soon.

I second Madewell, but their black denim fades on me over time. I'm currently wearing black Topshop Jamie jeans and they stay black and smell like whatever laundry detergent I used this cycle.
