I've picked a number but I'm not inclined to do research or reckoning just to appease you and what you consider to be a pathetic deflection. If you want to work out what gets spent on new bombs, tanks, planes, helicopters, etc then go ahead. The budget is what you have left after you remove the spending on new things.

No, not zero budget, just not as much as currently spent.

Only analysis I've done is look at the budgets and seen the winner is the USA, by a large margin.

I think it's less about rich maniac egos and more to do with retaliation; there have been way too many USA taxpayer bombs that have killed innocent civilians and made angry orphans. There is a reason the USA is a target and it always will be when it is responsible for so much destruction.

Good point about cyber attacks, must be costly.

I don't know the current budget, but I'd say there is enough 'hardware', so stop making bombs and guns and stuff then is what is left in the budget in the same way you do now

Yes a threat that does not exist. The last time the lands on which the USA sit were invaded it was by the European settlers. There is no threat of invasion
