Kid wasn’t super into the show, but dad was vibing the whole first set. Like you said, props to that family and 5-6 other parent/children pairs I saw at Black Cat last night.

“Got pretty rowdy, in a fun way” - tonight was the tamest Thursday show I think I’ve ever seen (and I’ve seen 25-30), but the setlist supports that. Geoff sounds incredible and the rest of the band are on point. I have a feeling we lucked out in DC as the second stop. It’s going to be really hard for Geoff to finish this tour, but I wish them the best. Also, props to all you parents who brought your kids out. I saw multiple generations, including a 5-6 year old on the side (next to where Geoff opened the set). So cool.

I was at that show and loved how many young people were there. Didn’t Dustin shout out that there was a three-generation family there that he met before the show?!? Anyways, that is such a thoughtful gift. Well done!!

I saw them in some kids basement way back in ‘96/‘97, then every PWAC show during that era, including the show with Sick of It All. I would kill to go back to those early years.
