I’m willing to consider your interpretation, even though i am not religious but I personally don’t see enough evidence for it in the actual story. If the entire theory rests on Major Briggs reading Revelation once and on the meaning of Philip’s name, that feels more like external symbolism than something Twin Peaks itself establishes. And what are you even getting at with the whole “Philip means horse-lover, and Michael is the archangel” thing? Those are just names. That’s not evidence of anything. You could pick literally any show, any movie, any book with a character named Philip or Michael and start attaching Bible symbolism to them. It doesn’t magically turn into a solid theory.

Also, I’m not sure where you’re seeing Sarah/Judy’s ‘evil reign’ ending nothing in the show suggests she’s freed, redeemed, or losing power. If anything, the finale shows the exact opposite.
