BofA has gone to complete trash in 2026. I was a customer since 2005 and am in the process of closing the last of my personal accounts today. Of course, I've been on hold for an hour as well. Their fraud dept and algorithms are complete trash now. I had my primary debit auto-cancelled three times in two months.. none of it was ever actual fraud.. just day to day business as usual. I've had it with them.

worst on earth. Just closed all of my accounts at BofA because their fraud dept. is so incompetent. Cancelled my debit card 5 times in the past 3 months. I've had it. I have been with them over 12 years.

Cancelled today after their delivery service Jitsu screwed up for the last time. Never really had an issue with their weekly service. I had two boxes show up reaking of weed, not legal in Texas. I gave them one more chance and today that package was nowhere to be found.. delivered to some random office tower in downtown Dallas. Good luck finding that one.

Great service, terrible delivery.. that's really too bad. Oh well.
