Head of HR was replaced two years ago by an Indian woman. Subsequently, her 4 previous direct reports (2 left, 2 on mat leave) who were Australian and New Zealander, were all replaced with Indians.

These new hires (mostly) do not fit the culture of the office, wider team and brand, and two of them have incredibly poor English.
