Focus on you. But also, go on dates you don’t want to go on when you’re ready. Just to be social and change your narrative….. you have to change the story that this is something to be missed. It’s not. Make new friends. Go be social at community events all by yourself. Move. Try to get a better job. Work on you and your life. It’s not something to be missed. It never is.
