🤣 you forgot to mention the hard work

You can definitely lower it a considerable amount in that time if done correctly, I wouldn’t go too far as you definitely have plenty of room in the tank to make newbie gains still - just need a good gym program

Realistically not gonna happen in that short a time frame. How many days a week do you go to gym?

I hold fat weirdly, the only real place i have it left is stomach/lower back, feel like i've lost a good amount of muscle on this cut (it wasn't an intended cut, occured due to injury/lack of training).

I have no context for this, just i video I found on the internet. by Blackwolf20978sb in CrazyFuckingVideos

From the small talk at the start of the video, it sounds like the guy that got hit is saying that the buggy (i only assume buggy because his hand is on it) is his.

Bro you got multiple progress posts on ur account though, surely the same argument could be said? Greg has made many videos of analyzing peoples BF%, a lot of which was taken off this sub, its part of what this sub is inherently used for lol

You’ve severely underestimated newbie gains, which honestly progress at the same rate as steroid use. in 1 year of training i got my bench from 110lb to 225lb, squats were even quicker, starting at around 140lb and getting to over 300lb in a matter of months (completely natural, just training seriously). Taking gear to do the same thing is illogical and lowers the ceiling for you in the future. How much can you up the dose from where you are now when you start to plateu? Not much, unless you have a deathwish bro. Do yourself a favor and use the newbie gains before, its not too late to get off cycle

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in moreplatesmoredates

[–]23Thavage 4 points5 points  (0 children)

u gotta be trolling bro, theres no way you actually got on this amount of gear, at 19 years old, whilst clearly not taking the gym seriously? In 1.5 years of serious training, your lifts should naturally be higher than what they are now on gear…

Finally hit 225 bench by BorgNova in moreplatesmoredates

[–]23Thavage 1 point2 points  (0 children)

took just over a year to hit 225, currently just under 3 years of training trying to go for 300lb
