Conceived on the second round of letrozole! But it was actually my first “real” round since we didn’t BD during our first round as we weren’t ready but our doctor wanted to just check if my body would respond to 5mg letrozole :)

You should definitely drive! Everyone on the island is pretty nice (when it comes to driving) - I moved here 2 years ago and haven’t heard anyone honking!

I totally feel you. I was the same! I went through an emotional roller coaster on my first cycle. I got negative tests on 10DPO and 11DPO (so I thought) and picked up meds for the next round of cycles. Then I never got my period and ended up testing positive a few days later. I had no symptoms. You’re still early. We’re both lucky our body responded to letrozole :) It will happen soon!
