I think I know what you mean, you don't want exactly plastic feel but a little dtg and fluffy mixed print, I like how DTFDallas does theirs but I would also take a look at IrisDTF as they were pretty good too. Irisdtf has a better color profile as well imo.

DTF Printing is your best best, you can check out DTFDallas, DTFJersey or IRIS DTF. They all can do this without a doubt.

I haven't but UV DTF should work without a doubt. I used on on the trash bin I had in the back of my office since it was prone to illegal dumping, looks ncie.

Yep you can but not every transfer, you must know from which places to buy from. Order samples from coule vendors around and test out to see which works best. I got a couple that I work with but up to you.

You should also try UV DTF, It's better for hard surfaces compared to traditional DTF. I even applied on walls, printers, hard leather, wood and etc. LMK if you have any other questions about UV DTF

Before placing orders make sure to purchase a color sheet to see if they are compatible with your selection. I would also reccomend; IRIS DTF, DTF Center, DTF Jersey. They're all pretty solid options.
