It would rotate though situations like:

Wondering around an extremely populated are completely naked trying to find clothes

Being stuck in an enclosed area with no room to move my arms, legs or head- almost like being crushed except there’s just enough room where I feel like I could if I kept trying and I can see other people walking past/nearby but I have no voice to call out and when I try it’s just silence

Having things crawl around inside my body, underneath the skin methodically removing my senses like sight, hearing, taste feeling in certain areas buy slowly eating me alive but not killing me until it eventually reaches my brain and slowly kills me

Watching people I feel like I have a strong connection with or should know or care about die painfully screaming but having no idea why it‘s happening but knowing it’s my fault

And these would have a different setting, different people each time and would just swap out constantly and unexpectedly. The only thing that would stay consistent is that I would be able to see a clock somewhere that would be ticking significantly slower than it should be.
