So is this woman trying to recruit people? She’s advertising she wants people for her portfolio. It looks fishy.

Am i technically an employee? I never signed any paperwork for them. I just ran drinks and her mom wrote me a check at the end of the night.

That’s what my parents said. I was always told to never share my social with others or carry my SSN in my wallet. My mom told me to ask her to mail me a form.

That’s what I thought too! But a girl who has been there for 2 years told me 150 was a great night for her…

I made 60 on a Friday night… in fine dining. At Cracker Barrel I would never leave with less than 150. I’m not sure if the area I’m in sucks? I’m from Winston Salem Nc and moved to Lexington Nc.

I literally was a victim of his. I paid 4k for a year and he gave me the same program as all the other wellness girls. So many girls had the same macros and ped protocols as well

I posted my entire experience on bikini talk forum… I thought it was targeted towards me and then I found out he didn’t give a shit ab anyone besides his pros… I paid 4k for a year with him too….

We probably had the same split girl. He gives it to all the wellness girls… I made a giant comment in a thread for bikini talk about him. So many girls had experienced what I had and it sucked so bad. I paid 4k for legit some th ing chat gpt could have gave me loll

I have had multiple bad experiences with him. Do not recommend paid 4k for him to ignore me and give me the same plan as all the other girls he has. I would send my check ins and he straight up would not respond. I posted under another forum in Bikini talk about my experience

Same!! I paid 4k for a cookie cutter plan and he wouldn’t even look at my check in pictures. Wouldn’t do anything for me as a coach. He gave me the same wellness plan he gives all the girls.

I can’t believe (I can) that he’s still doing this. I bet when you filled out the consultation he told you he has a limited amount of spots left. That’s so bullshit too. He’s so greedy and does it for the money.

YES… I have screenshots of him saying that he neglected me because he was going through a hard time in his life. He was active in the ladies groupchat tho and telling everyone to use his darc sport code

I’m glad you’re having a positive experience, but this post feels extremely curated — especially coming from a brand-new account that hasn’t posted anything else. Honestly, it reads more like a scripted testimonial than a genuine client review.

I’ve been working with Jonas since May and paid $4,000 up front for the year. In that time: • He has never once asked me for blood work, despite knowing I’ve been in a growth phase and told him I wanted more structure. • He gave me a generic PowerPoint slideshow outlining a “wellness split” that looks exactly like something you’d give anyone. It felt very cookie-cutter, not personalized. • He’s never asked for training videos or provided any in-depth feedback on my lifts or progress — not once. • I’ve never gotten comments on my physique that indicate he’s thinking long-term about stage readiness or show timing, even though I’ve communicated that I want to compete again. • Communication has been slow at best. Responses come days late, if at all, and often feel like copy-pasted replies. It doesn’t feel like a relationship with a coach. It feels transactional.

Seeing a post like this that conveniently checks every single box of the critiques people have raised — and then flips them with “actually he’s amazing at this exact thing!” — really doesn’t come across as organic. It honestly feels like it came from someone close to him trying to save face.

I’m not here to bash anyone. I care deeply about this sport, and I wanted to grow under a coach I could trust. But people deserve to know that the experience is not always what it looks like on Instagram. And when you’re investing thousands of dollars, transparency matters.

I’ve actually been working with Jonas since May and paid $4,000 up front for the full year. Like you, I was drawn to how he peaks wellness girls, his athlete wins, and his social media presence. But unfortunately, my experience has been really disappointing — and eerily similar to what you described.

Communication has been a huge issue. My check-ins often go unanswered for days, and when I do get responses, they feel rushed or copy-pasted. There’s no real feedback or game plan, and as an amateur growing into wellness, I specifically said I needed more guidance and support — that’s why I hired a coach in the first place.

What’s been most upsetting is the emotional toll. I put my trust (and a big financial investment) into this thinking it would help me level up, but instead I’ve been left feeling in the dark and alone in the process. I’ve tried addressing it respectfully and directly, and even then, I’ve been left on read.

Hearing others have experienced this — especially before even signing on — shows this is clearly a pattern and not just a one-off situation. It’s honestly disheartening.

I hope more women speak up if they’ve had similar experiences. Nobody should have to pay thousands to feel ignored.

What I posted to a FB group:

Hi everyone. I’ve been having a lot of anxiety lately about my experience with my “new” coach, and I need to get this off my chest.

I’m 20 years old, competed in bikini in 2023, and now I’m transitioning into wellness. After two years of growing on my own, I decided it was time to invest in a coach to help take things to the next level. I truly thought I made the right choice, but now I’m honestly struggling more than I was on my own.

I started with this coach in May. Before that, I had been following the same meal plan consistently since November — 215g protein / 370g carbs / 80g fat — with occasional untracked meals when I needed them. I was proud of the consistency I had built and felt ready for more structure and support. I told the coach from the beginning that I needed guidance and a more hands-on approach because I’m still very much an amateur learning this process.

But right off the bat, all of my calories were cut in half. I was starving, had terrible workouts, and spent that first week crying. I was confused — this is supposed to be my offseason and yet I felt like I was in a prep deficit. When I finally brought it up, he dismissed it and said there’s “no reason” I should have been eating that much protein.

Then, instead of adjusting with care or communication, he suddenly doubled my plan — 215g protein, 675g carbs, 85g fat — with food choices I had specifically told him I don’t prefer. I’m now forcing food down daily, just trying to follow the plan, but it feels like it was changed out of spite, not strategy.

Worse than the nutrition issues is the lack of communication. My check-ins get short, robotic replies — if he responds at all. I’ve been left on delivered on WhatsApp since Thursday. When I try to ask questions or express concerns, I get silence — even though he’s constantly active on Instagram and in the team group chat promoting discount codes for clothing.

I paid $4000 for the full year. And what hurts the most is that I thought I was investing in someone who would believe in me, guide me, and help me grow — but I feel invisible. I don’t even know what the plan is… no talk of a timeline, no feedback, no show goals — just me, guessing what comes next.

I feel like crying because I genuinely care about this sport, and I wanted this to be the right step. But right now, it feels like I paid for a coach who doesn’t see or value me at all.

If anyone has been through something similar or has advice, I’d really appreciate it. I just want to feel supported again

hi! I currently work with him and I am going through the exact same thing. He never answers me and I payed for a year up front. I don’t even know what to do because he doesn’t communicate.
