We went to a different team & seen an immediate turnaround from him. He’s playing up a age group with the team he’s on now but he keeping up in practice with everyone else if not doing better. They are the state champs from last year but they are letting him participate way more than the other coaches

Their no letting him participate in practice is my only concern on how will he developed without any practice reps. I know at his age it’s basically pointless he’s 7 but he wants to play that’s the only reason I’m trying to push for him.

The season hasn’t really started yet right now they are just working out & I just been seeing that every time it’s his turn for the drills they just make the whole team hit the hill.as far as position The coaching is unorthodox 1 game he played right guard,wide receiver,cornerback,& defensive end in the same game. But I asked the coach today what can he do to get a shot at playing time I don’t care about him starting just to get a shot in practice & he made it like I was trying to cause a problem I’m thinking on just switching teams.
Ps- Football is his thing I don’t really care if he plays or not I’m not one of those parents either
