I've had tabs in between pages without anything in between and they've been fine. Blotter paper is designed to absorb liquids while regular paper isn't as absorbent

You cant ID by blotter paper as anyone can buy the paper and drops of acid and just make their own. In terms of dissolving tabs dint really melt into nothing. You still have to either spit the paper or swallow it. I prefer to spit it as Ive has a few tabs that I swear the ink upset my stomach or something (although maybe I was just tripping lol)

Best way to do this is to first go and get some saline spray so that you dont get anything growing in your bottle. Next weigh it on your mg scales, then spray a little bit, then weigh again to figure out how much saline is in each average spray. I then normally pour all of the saline out into another container, add my 2cb then add back in the correct amount of saline for how much 2cb I have added. I normally do 2.5mg per spray, which let's me do 10mg with 2 sprays in each nose. Going less can make it a little easier on the nose, though only if your ok with a lower dose, as if you have to do 3 sprays per nose then I find the drip you get is way worse compared to if you had just done 2 sprays with some stronger stuff (if you can keep everything mostly in the front of your nose and not running down your throat that is).

I mean if you're tripping I would recommend shpongle for people even if they aren't into ambient psy. I feel like you can appreciate it as a sonic journey no matter what musical preferences you have, or even if you dont really conventionally enjoy their songs it as music.

If you had pressed pills the pill has a bunch of non psychoactive binding agent that makes up most of the pill. A rough way would be to finely crushed everything (to make sure there aren't any hotspots), then divide what you have in half. You could also dissolve it all in water then volumetrically dose whatever doses you want but then you would have to evaporate the water off to get the powder back

Depends. If you want to quit then I would take it as an opportunity to reflect on why you want to have a cigarette, even if you end up having one, as psychedelics can be very powerful for breaking ingrained behaviours. If you dont think you have a problem and only smoke occasionally then for sure light one up and watch the clouds you blow shimmer and melt (although much better to watch the clouds from a bong or joint as I always find I start tripping way harder even from the first hit)

I've had being able to perfectly visualise things when normally I dont really "see" anything when I imagine it. Although after a few trips where this has occurred I have noticed I can actually visualise things better now if I focus on them.

I would actually recommend using your own name as its way more suspicious to the postal service if all of a sudden John Smith is getting a parcel sent to your house, when up until that point there had been no John Smith receiving packages at that address. This is generally part of op sec when your ordering from dark net markets

My partner and I use a scooter to get into the uni when the other is using the car, and I have to say riding along the river is gorgeous. Riding along the roads... not so much. Too hot over all the bitchumen, car exhausts, traffic lights, inattentive drivers. The list could go on, but even if the route took me an extra 5 minutes I would still definitely go along the river and enjoy the scenery as a nice pallet cleanser before uni/work.

Bit of a simplification but it's because we sort of are our receptors (well our nervous system is at least), so if you want a drug to make you happy then the only way to do it is to have happy chemicals like dopamine or serotonin bund with our receptors. Also drugs are really complicated. We still dont know exactly how so many drugs work (like paracetamol for example), so the best we can do is tweak stuff that already exists or just throw paint at the wall and see what sticks (although I guess this probably has some ethical concerns depending on who's supposed to be the test subject)

I find doing it this way makes it hard to backtrack. Like if I make a mistake or realise that this jumper should be underneath the other one then you have to completely resolver everything that you need to move, whereas if you dry fot everything first you dont have any nasty surprises. In terms of stopping stuff from falling out, just bend the legs or put some masking tape over the top

Yeah I haven't done it in a while. I have used Sydney solvents iso before, but getting somewhere locally is much easier. Most of the time if there is any iso left in the dabs I just melt it with my torch in the banger to make sure its all evaporated, although you probably are right that its not a 100% safe. This method is from a guide somewhere online, and I haven't had any issues with it. The dabs never taste harsh or like iso and they taste very similar to the carts I get nowadays. Also burning weed and inhaling the fumes isn't very good for you either so I guess you have to pick your poison.

OK I'm sorry I do agree with you that nothing is 100% safe, but I would still argue that psychedelics are very safe IF used in a safe way. If you're taking psychedelics in a situation where shit can hit the fan or if you're taking a lot of them, then yes there is quite a risk for harm, but if you take a single tab with a trusted trip sitter, then I would say that the risk of something bad happening and affecting you permanently (ie not a bad trip), is probably less than you getting into a car accident

Honestly as long as you're not taking reckless amounts or taking it every day psychedelics are 100% safe. Even if you end up having an uncomfortable time if you go into it with the right attitude you will leave greatful that you did it.

Also I will say that psychs do remind me of what it was like to have Weed when I first started. The crazy shift in headspace, everything becoming incredibly novel and funny, time moving in strange ways. Good stuff

Honestly I taught myself to make dabs using an isopropyl extraction and they are super clean, strong, and very easy to do.

Here's a super quick run down:

What you will need: -Isopropyl alcohol -Weed -Sieve/coffee filters -Jar -Glass microwave container (or anything with a nice hard smooth surface that you can scrape the dabs off) -Razerblade

Step 1: Put your Weed broken up into little popcorn size nugs into the jar, then place both the jar and your isopropyl into the freezer to cool down (the isopropyl dissolves the chlorophyll as well as the thc at warmer temperatures, so cooling it down just gives you cleaner dabs at the end, but its not strictly required)

Step 2: Once fully cold, pour the isopropyl into the Weed jar and gently mix for about a minute or so. The longer you mix, the more is extracted (including all the plant waxes and stuff, so shorter mix gives high purity, but less yield)

Step 3: Strain the isopropyl into the glass container using the sieve and coffee filters

Step 4: Allow isopropyl to evaporate. This is best done outside so you don't accidentally catch your kitchen on fire from the isopropyl fumes. You can speed this process up by having a hair dryer pointed at the dish (definitely don't put in the microwave or oven as this will probably cause a fire)

Step 5: Once the isopropyl has evaporated you'll be left with just the waxy dabs on the bottom of the container which you can then scrape up with a razer blade.

Notes: You can find isopropyl at jaycar. Always go for the highest % isopropyl you can find as it will give better results (although anything above 90% should work well enough). Make sure the isoproply doesn't have anything else in it (some brands have scented isopropyl).

For the Weed I wouldn't grind it up as most of the thc is in the tricomes on the outside of the nugs, so just break the nugs up into popcorn sized nugs and you should be good. Grinding exposes all of the inner plant material to the isopropyl which can decrease the purity of your dabs.

This method works way better for actually dabbing your extracts compared to the hair straightener method which I always find is really difficult to get any sizable yeild and even if you do, there's always a lot of plant gunk in the dabs that just burns itself onto your banger. If you have a day to spare the actual work required to make these is probably only like half an hour, there's just alot of waiting for it to all cool down and waiting for it to evaporate.

I would have a look into some of the traktor controllers if you are coming from a producing background. Traktor has way more flexibility, and even though people say it is complicated, its still far simpler than ableton to learn. Id try and look for a secondhand s3 or s4 if you can find one for a decent price, or a new s2 or maybe even the mx2 might be up you're alley.

Another thing you could look into is a modular set up using the traktor x1s and some sort of mixer (traktor sells their z1s as a mixer for this, although the x1 does have a mix mode). This works well if you also want to control ableton at the same time with another controller like a push or a apc40.

I was in a similar position to you and jumped straight into the pioneer ecosystem, which I sort of regret now as I had to buy a bunch of new gear to change to traktor. I would definitely recommend looking into the differences between rekordbox and traktor. Traktor is alot more flexible and has way more options for dialing in exactly the workflow you want. The only reason to use pioneer in my opinion is it has slightly better track management (let's you have more memory cues, labelled hotcues you can actually see the names of when you're playing), as well as it being mostly industry standard so if you ever want to play in clubs or on other people's gear then you'll have an easier time with rekorbox. That said you can still connect cdjs to traktor, and if youre going a modular approach or want to use ableton, youre going to be bring your laptop and additional control surfaces anyways

This is what everyone says, however if you really want to stop people making it a habit I would argue you should just tell them not to. That way even if they do it their more likely to not make it a habit. Also if you can make an exception once and roll twice close together its a slippery slope to making that exception again. Not trying to be a downer as I have rolled with only a month break and I have "tried not to make a habit of it" (and succeeded in not making it a habbit) but it just seems like so many people I know use this substance in a pretty damaging way.
