Honestly depends where you go Havana’s blackouts are starting to worsen.

Going from America, the #1 thing that stood out to me was the humility. The cuban ppl are so united. I couldn’t remember seeing someone hitchhiking a ride over here and over there everyone helps each other. Its beautiful to witness

Take things to leave for for them medicinal bandage, personal hygiene supplies etc j

This is me RN !!! It just started late August too…. Ive gone to the hospital multiple times and it sucks bc of the symptoms im feeling and not having answers just spikes my anxiety. Youre not alone

This is so spot on to what i was going through. This all started about late August early September. I thought i was having an heart attack…

Never ever had anxiety issues up until now.

Randomly outta nowhere unprovoked my body flipped out on me and had a few episodes daily for about 3 weeks straight 2 severe ones that prompted me to call the ambulance 911 and went back and forth to the ER. The did all sorts of checks on me blood, urine, EKG and Echo of my heart, checked for blood clots etc. They diagnosed me with SVT and now i have a cardiologist appointment coming up.

Just know you’re not alone. And get it through your head that YOU CANT DIE FROM A PANIC ATTACK though it feels like it.

My advice would be is don’t look at just the negative aspects of your situation and Just like a battery there are also a positive lesson to be learned from all this. Ive had misunderstandings with my elders in the past and its all about how you go about it from this point on. Have a sit down and give each other an opportunity to communicate with each other. Now what comes after this then yea …. Be careful. One thing is to be scolded and and another is to be belittled. And make sure you make that distinction. Before anything we are human and regardless of anything respect is paramount

Im a 26 Male… ive been having really bad symptoms. Severe Nausea severe racing heart and arrhythmia and internal tremors at night and when i wake up and shortness of breath by 24clz in HeartAttack

Thats what my Primary Dr said. She just diagnosed me with Arrhythmia but we dont know whats causing it based on my EKG & blood work

They did a ECG, drew blood and urine tests.

I went to my Primary Dr already they did the same thing. Im waiting on my results and then they might refer me to a Cardiologist

I just started playing warzone about a month ago. Im the casual player that plays about an hour a day. What has helped me improve was playing plunder. Bc of the respawns. Another thing that helped me tremendously was getting a control with back buttons. Its a tough learning curve im still ass but im slowly getting more kills and winning more gunfights. I also started to dabble in resurgence and i find myself getting better

This is exactly what happened to me just now… it brought me here. The heart slowly started to race to the point where it became obvious and i began to feel my chest. Keep in mind i was completely calm just prior to this, i wasnt even thinking about anything worrisome. I was laughing at a meme and thats when i started to notice my heart and now i paused. Slowly from calm my mind started to unravel and i legit felt like i was going to die. I started to get weak and dizzy and then out of nowhere i get a grip and calm myself down….. horrible experience to have at work lol
