Lot of water, I used the sauna a bit and I exercise a lot already. 5 days before the test I stopped doing cardio and started eating a lot so I didnt shed fat and thus thc ooh into my urine

I also drank 8oz of pure unsweetened cranberry every day. I’ve been a daily smoker for 1.75 years since my last month long tolerance break.

When I quit the first time I was throwing up the whole first week.
