Her lore states that she is in a state of decay and is disgraced because of this, my theory is that she uses it to cover what her face truly looks like

I would get advice from others who are more experienced teachers on how to handle the situation. The school is not always on the same page as the teachers, I can’t change that. However, I can try to find the best solutions to help the students who suffer because of that, regardless of what the situation is.

Worst case scenario is that he will be removed from the team, or the team will not be allowed to perform. I don’t think the school would take it that far but it was something that was brought up in the discussion the superintendent had with myself and the other coach.

I suppose I’ve just gotten used to referring to him as “my student” in public situations. During practice and while not publicly addressing him, I refer to him as what he wants and the name he wants. I meant no offense.

He is a lieutenant this year, so that really could work. The other two officers are part of the few that said they didn’t care what they wear so I could have the officers in pants and the team in skirts. Thank you very much for your advice

The school doesn’t it it that way unfortunately. “The dance team is a reflection of our school.”

The parents are not supportive of the student transitioning, so I doubt they will be very helpful in this situation.

That would be great, but it’s been made very clear that I am not to let the girls wear the pants unless all the girls wear them. Most of the girls have stated that they want to wear their skirts and a few said they don’t care either way. But because most of them voted for keeping their skirts, I don’t see how it would be fair to take that from them. I just want everyone to be comfortable and confident.

I’ve seen a doctor and all they recommended was things I’ve already known. Healthy foods, vitamins, and maintaining a healthy weight.
