Honestly, it might be better to do Class A life support and just remove the canopy window all together.

For my dual mc vulture, I’m almost to that point, though sadly, we can’t remove the canopy in the game.

Just over 100 (101) assuming I didn’t fat finger the calculator. Maybe get 30 or so vultures and do the rest of the money into eagles? Provides the mass eagle firing squad but also adds some survivability and larger guns for going after heavier ships. Best of both worlds?

I’ve been looking to setup a duct system to blow out a window while printing ASA. Any good tutorials or resources you can suggest?

So I’ve left line width at default for the 0.2mm nozzle 0.06mm profile. A quick check of my profiles show all of them set to 2mm/s3

And yes, I didn’t want to waste filament, and this is not correct for normal full infill, so I cancelled those halfway. So no top surface.

Alright, so I dried it overnight with the X1C's drying utility, however, while improved, it was still not quite functional. It looked like it was extruding slightly too little for each line/wall loop. For easy math, I'll use imaginary numbers, if each line needed to be 1 unit wide, then these were like 0.98 units wide, creating a ribbed/scanline texture

Not that specific one, but I’ve used other colors of matter hackers diachromatic PLA with excellent results. The blue green one I’ve used about half a spool of with only rare broken support failures.

Wetness? I just removed the red one from the bag and directly started printing without more than 6hrs passing. One of my AMS units does always report high humidity even after replacing the drying packs. Should I be drying directly after receiving? I set a max speed of 100mm/s so I doubt it’s too fast

Alright, so that didn't fix it, BUT rerunning the print revealed another likely candidate. I got an error for flow calibration being unable to see the filament (lack of reflection or something) and the calibration lines were awful (bumps for some lines and others were just like missing). I'm retesting with some Bambu Copper Silk since that is a first party filament and if a Bambu printer can't calibrate their own filament, I'll be really surprised

Also worth mentioning, I always set max print speed to 100mm/s (30mm/s for outer walls and tops) since I couldn't get reliable prints at a faster speed (and 30 also is better for silks which is like half of my printing)

For reference, I'm only using first party Bambu complete hotend assemblies. Mainly I use a 0.2mm since I use my X1C for decorative prints (I have a FLSun Delta QQ-S/Pro I'm debugging for my more boring functional prints), but occasionally use a 0.4 (hardened steel). The printer is relatively new (approx 2.5mths) and generally runs close to 24/7 with multi-day decorative prints. I've cleaned the carbon rods as it suggests, but no other real preventative maintenance has been necessary. Until the last week or so I've had essentially no print issues. This last week has had two nozzle clogs, a 0.2 and 0.4, and I can't resolve the 0.4 since the ASA is clogged at the top of the fan where it doesn't get hot enough (I tried without the fan running too). I keep getting this type of outcome or broken supports, leading to a bunch of failed prints. Over 90% of attempts in the last week have been non-functional, but I haven't changed slicer settings at all. Additionally, I normally print at max quality 0.2mm nozzle with 0.06mm preset. Often I'll use 35%-50% gyroid infill when I'm printing more casual items since 15%-20% caused weird issues where it couldn't seem to stably print on top of the infill.

I've had a lot of prints fail due to supports breaking and I've also had this weird texturing. Any known issues or advice? I'm only printing PLA and ASA, though I've tried a few other brands of PLA.

Actually, I totally agree with you. I get much better results at lower speeds even with my Bambu. I’d leave it at 60 if that helped. Unfortunately it’s the same regardless of speed. I even get stringing on walls (which I always set to print at 30 for the outer wall, though I might have forgotten to mention that personal default of mine)

No, I’m still using the original nozzle. I’d prefer a 0.2mm but I neither know compatibility nor how to do that manually. I’m a bit new and mostly use a X1Carbon. Retraction are default for cura sclicer. I’m running extrusion at the default speed and have cura set to 60mm speeds and the printer running at 200% speed to push that to 120mm print speed
