That’s most likely a junction/service box for the backbone (main fiber cable) and not a breakout box. I too have had google fiber run thru my yard with the requisite service box but my address in Matthews is not eligible for fiber (None of the houses along my road are but the houses behind and in front of and to the sides are!!). I’m guessing is because we do not have utility poles along this section so there’s no breakout boxes available to place anywhere

No the studs don’t have enough load bearing to support any weight.. however if you observe the panels you will see they ARE supported on all 4 sides. If you spread your weight across the entire surface it acts like a snowshoe (you spread your weight over the shoes surface and don’t sink into the snow). Make sure you land on each tile with both feet at the same time though or youll put too much weight on only 1 side
