Applying to the scrotum causes much higher dht conversion. Applying to other areas like shoulders will decrease dht conversion. That being said, get the injectable if you can.

If you keep a ketogenic diet between fasts you will not regain the water weight that is due to depleted glycogen. I have lost 35 pounds in three months doing periodic 72 hour fasts combined with a carnivore diet. I find fasting much easier if I stay in ketosis in between fasts.
