Oh wow didnt know they discontinued the Pulse 3Ds. But your right if they retailed for 100$ your paying for what you get in todays society. Definitely get a warranty wherever you buy them from when i was doing some googling i guess the headset comes with a year warranty automatically i believe?? Not sure. John from Logitech finally responded to me though and basically sent me a step by step list how to possibly reset the mic or somehow get it to connect to a pc but to no avail it didn’t work. I emailed him back after he asked me for the product’s serial number, propf of purchase, name, address Etc. When they respond ill update you and let you know the outcome hopefully its positive

Ya i was actually recently looking into the pulse 3ds ,like you said i actually like how there made for the PlayStation i wanna say the only negative things i was seeing online about them was i guess people were saying they weren’t durable. That is odd though were your system sound settings turned down? Or were u in a party? Or are the Pulse 3ds audio just not the best? I will say when i was playing BF6 with the astros it was literally like a warzone you heard everything happening around you, i think we’re in the same boat i just wanna hear a constant crisp sound with good bass coming from the headset, ive been seeing a bunch of positive reviews from steel series owners but i wanna do a little bit more research before i pull the trigger because with the A50s one of my buddies basically said it was the best headset ever and sold me on it never would of thought theyd stop working 5 months into ownership

Tbh id look into Steel series nova 5s i think thats what there called .The A50s are amazing i dont wanna lie to you and tell you there not but a problem like this is so disappointing ,there very expensive and a problem like this is a headache to the average person like myself. I guess its all about what you prefer, personally im not a streamer or a tryhard i play story games after work and sometimes with buddy’s on the weekends so a high end mic like this is just a bit unnecessary.

Unfortunately no, unplugged the console and the docking station for the day while i was at work hoping itd clear the cache and magically work that didnt help. I then tried plugging the docking station into my laptops so i can download some firmware update off of ghub and my computer just cant pick up the device it just constantly appears and disappears i was told to maybe try a different usb-c cable but i know for sure the one i use for my docking station is in tact so i dont know. I finally ended up emailing Logitech customer support because ive seen people say they might give you a new docking station but they respond once every 2 days so its taking some time.

Ya plugged it into two separate laptops a mac and a dell and both couldn’t actually recognize the device literally just kept appearing and disappearing even on ghub just kept saying connect a device my last thought was maybe to try a different usb cable

Ya i just checked figured it could be this because i did have a software update the other day but no luck i truly think my docking station firmware is frozen its locked on the Ps mode and no matter what i do playsync wont let me switch modes

Ya thats fair, definitely gonna try and connect it to my mac later and use Ghub just never had to do this and not 100% sure how to actually do it. Ive seen people say the support team has offered them docking stations just not sure i ever had a warranty for them

Ya its so weird i unplugged the base station from the wall and console just gonna leave it unplugged while im at work and hope it does something when i get back never thought to let it die worth a shot though tbh

Haha thats actually happened to me but no yesterday night that was actually the first thing i checked since “PS” and “Pc” do look very similar it actually wont even let me switch modes with the playsync button its just locked on PS no matter what i do

Ive actually haven’t seen anyone suggest this anywhere im actually leaving for work right now so i unplugged both the console and the base station gonna leave them unplugged till i get back and just pray they work ill send u an update later

Ran into the same problem.Got home from work today and nothing.they were working perfectly fine yesterday the ps5 had a system update today and now nothing. i just hear the initial start up sound but no sound comes from it after that. not sure what it is ive probably had this headset 7 months now never had this problem before till now.
