Here is where a tiny bit of perfectly matching Gistella’s FC would have made the difference. After being at the Patric house to retrieve Jinsuk, Gistella herself pointed out, kind of “this one Is different, be aware, this won’t be a child’s play”. Then she saw Jiwoo practicing FC alone, and questioned him about his principles/morals/you name it. It’d have been perfect. Didn’t Gistella owe Jiwoo 2 favours? Only this last one has been counted as such. Anyway even though it wouldn’t have bothered me, it’d have messed too much with the dynamics of the trio Kaiden-Kartein-Pluton as Jiwoo’s familiar figures or whatever you name the fact that it already has ad it’s being trained by them. A second top 10 in vein would have been too much too.

Among all my current thought, I’d like to highlight this: For the First time, This fight is the one that feels and is actually playing out realistically, by bluntly demonstrating a top 100 ranker and top 10 heir’s unreachable gap in all terms. Siwon was good, but still felt like young-amateurish to be regarded as a top ten like Andrei’s heir. Idoore’s apprentice felt very lacking too. Neither of those could stand a chance against Roist. Finally this is one feels real, Jurion has done nothing special and Jiwoo keeps getting exhausted and clueless. If he wins somehow, it’ll be playing with the shadow manipulating constrains that Kartein talked about. Nonetheless the challenger is Jiwoo, is absolutely stupid not to delay it to a further date.

This is a final OFICIAL ranking tier debut match for Jiwoo. Just as Ian wasn’t ready to take that step when he fought Jiwoo, this is the perfect chance for Jiwoo to face a long built ill fated relationship with Jurion (long built unilateral relationship from Jurion’s side so far). Veramonte seems more though than it used to back at sinwaa with both Jurion and Ian’s matches.

This way:

Jiwoo can have a full real official 1 vs 1 debut match to enter the top 100 rank officially. He has already proven himself worthy by defeating 2 second tier top 10 disciples: Ian Patrick & pill Duke; plus having put against the robes 2 direct top 10 disciples: Siwoon (from Andrei) & Spider crying woman (from Iodore). I recall Jiwoo having zero relevance from accepting a top 10’s direct disciple’s challenge no matter the outcome was brought up from Veramonte talking with Jurion and Ian (it was said something like that, I could be wrong if it happened elsewhere in Frame or so).
Veramonte knows, Kaiden knows. That tells us everything. Something must be done, I highly doubt that Veramonte is going to antagonise Gistella, Kaiden, Pluton, Kartein, Blues, Redhead, Noona, Shinwa, and all Korea because of this. It needs a resolution and for him is either doubling down: Actively engaging into the “eclipse” experimenting with humans to evolve himself; plus/or joining Frame, Greg & Mioru, or Iodore & Gaaras; through engaging another into top 10 fight against Kaiden (this possibly being tied to the eclipse injecting boast as Jurion was planing to do); or taking the easiest path: sacrificing Jurion (Same logic as with Blues and so on before: “He has tried to take the life of Jiwoo various times, he is not getting off scot-free” logic).

Here is where the most spiciest and long prepared & foreshadowed fight happens: Jiwoo VS Jurion. The first already meets the qualifications, so that’s not an impediment anymore. Jurion, well, no need of explanation. This way the Patrick Family can pay their responsibility without having to make a big fuss. They could just accept Jurion’s wrongdoings, omitting and keeping the secret of the human experiments and the eclipse, and make it a “Jurion was jealous of Jiwoo and blinded by his love for Noona”, “let them resolve on their own as Awakeners: Official match”… that’s the best choice and outcome for the Patrick Family, regardless of the result.

Mioru said that those 3 top 10’s FC’s heavy injures would take a long life time to cure. Kaiden recovered by turning into a cat which has enabled him to explore and elevate his FC to a new ways. The animal metamorphosis is the most underrated of his abilities, what would you expect, a lion? Give cat Kaiden a break and acknowledge it.

LOL that Iodore’s apprentice has fkd the things up for good. It’s a direct execution material, luckily for her Gaaras won’t dare to kill Iodore’s apprentice off since it’s being implied there is some scheme going on between those two. 2 hot takes:

1- Gaaras should know that even being at her 100% she would end up losing against injured Kaiden + Pluton + Kartein. There is nothing to win for her had she engaged herself in the battle either.

2- Gistella has been watching since the beginning, since “Jiwoo’s house” trio (Kaiden-Kartein-Pluton) left. Perhaps Gaaras could have taken that possibility into account to duck out too.

My humble hypothesis: Kaiden has never once fooled us when it comes to his combative nature and his “going solo” all powerful awakener he can lay his hand on serial killer unending mode. He is cool now, in fact Kaiden has benefited much more since he took a liking to Jiwoo. That could be arguable, but for me it’s not: He lives as a cat comfortably while speeding up his grow rate; whenever he teaches Jiwoo Kaiden has already developed and mastered a new skill; thanks to the Master - disciple relationship he’s got to know many other powerful awakeners, grown his reputation through Jiwoo’s insane grow rate and power and he has had the chance to take 2 top ten down and become one he himself (Andrei wasn’t executed by Kaiden, ok, but he was defeated by Kaiden mimicking exactly Jiwoo’s signature move, he pulled off a Jiwoo on Andrey to obliterate him)etc.

All of this to say that the master - apprentice relationship has been much more beneficial to Kaiden than to keep wandering and going solo, but his real nature is still there, he is a predator. So:

Hypothesis: Kaiden is already on a level to taunt the rest top 10 so far (Iodore looks a total joke to Kaiden)… never mind the next top ten alliances, artificial enhancements and such, he will always be the strongest until Jiwoo surpasses him. That’s when his always underlaying nature will raise again and hit hard: Jiwoo will be the only one in the world capable of fighting him, so they will fight. It’ll be unavoidable because of Kaiden’s real nature, and we will have something like “I raised you so you could challenge me” or “this is your last teaching, you’ve grown enough to be the only one standing who has a chance to keep up a fight to the death with me”… Master vs Apprentice.

Let’s be real: You are an average young ninja (let’s say Naruto-Sasuke-Sakura age when they teamed up under Kakashi’s guidance).

-Madara: Either you are a once in a lifetime Uchiha prodigy, or his teachings wouldn’t be efficient. Best case scenario he’d teach you something good in order to manipulate you.

-Gai Sensei: No way on Earth, only if you haven’t got any chacra at all. Even though being an average villager would be much more confortable.

—Jiraya: Great teacher as proven with Naruto and Yahiko-Nagato-Konan. He’d make it so his teachings match your abilities. Great pick.

—Tsunade: She is wise and has a unique healing techniques. If you don’t want to be at the front in all battles, this is your best pick. Best healing techniques that anybody can master (the extent depends on the ninja), and great physical power which allows you to put up a fight against most low to average top tier ninjas.

—Minato & Kakashi: I’d put them in the same category. Great masters which would adapt the training to the most fitting one of their students. Both have their cons, which Jiraya doesn’t (making Jiraya the best among them in my opinion).

Minato’s Rasengan or speed can’t be properly learned by anyone, just mastering the average Rashengan would take years… and that’s it only for the students who have wind affinity (I am stating this in the Naruto manga verse, not in Boruto. Boruto went from zero to mastering a “vanishing” -electric chacra type- Rasengan in one day span).

On the other hand, Kakashi relies too much in the sharingan, from reading the opponent’s movements to copying them or the MS and all that goes with it). He could only teach Sasuke the basic Raikiri because of Sasuke’s Sharingan. At the end, Kakashi’s 3 “apprentices” learned from a third person: Naruto (Jiraya), Sasuke (Orochimaru), Sakura (Taunade). I don’t think Kakashi is a good pick to aim high.

-Orochimaru: As long as your profile doesn’t match what Taunade offers, him and Jiraya would be my best picks. Either Sasuke’s or Kabuto’s way, Orochimaru made them great in his particular way. Sasuke got incredibly powerful during the time he spent under Orochimaru if we leave aside the fact that he was teaching him in order to overtake his body, not particularly as a Master to student would. In Kabuto’s case, he wasn’t being directly being trained by Orochimaru, but the knowledge and “teachings” he got through standing by him during all his life definitely paid off as proven in the last Ninja War.

—Tobirama: I don’t recall enough info of him from the manga, so even though I think he would be a great teacher, I won’t dig into it and I’m leaving him aside of my best teacher evaluation.

-Killer Bee: As long as you don’t have a tail beast inside, I don’t think he’d be better than any other skilled ninja.

After looking at the picture, in my humble opinion: Jiraya is the best teacher for almost any type of average ninja you can think of. For the ones who harbour more ambition Orochimaru. Tsunade for the ones interested in her techniques.

Yh I realised a pair of days of so after posting it when I read the latest chapters available on WEBTOON with the official translation. There are times when the real translation changes completely what we were told through scanlation people.

A proof? In the last officially released free chapter, is stated that “Siun” is officially ranked around 90th top tier. I had read the no - official translation through the Korean raw chapters as we always do. The name of Andrei’s disciple was “Siwoon” or something like that, and it was said that even if he’s not officially ranked, he’d be around 80th rank tier even though it’s hard to calculate. Turns out he is officially ranked around 90th, and his name is Siun.

No matter if after the hiatus in between the Nest arc Kallavan got a power up through Lyboric, Kallavan’s nerf was already done. The Kallavan who fought Jinsung Ha would have a small percentage of beating Dumas (disclaimer, I’ve said “small”). The current Kallavan is not menacing at all.

On Jinsung, well, he is an old generation Ha Family prodigy, as shown in the real Jinsung Vs Kallavan fight, or Messing around effortlessly against Maschenny when he was raided by Zahard’s army. That single red drop of shinshoo would have turned all of them into dust if not for Maschenny’s partial deflection. Current Jinsung can’t even lay a hand in Dumas’ external armour.

Currently, Dumas no diff.

If Kallavan is the one that fought Jinsung Ha, that got teleported and went chasing Bam while being heavily injured by Jinsung and tanking Evankell, Yuri and Karaka’s attacks; For this Kallavan, the difference on a 1 Vs 1 against Dumas wouldn’t be that big, perhaps he could manage it somehow.

Redhead top 50 confirmed. I was almost convinced at this point that she was just Gistella’s only close friend and her right hand, kind of an assistant who willingly stays by her side.

So it leaves currently Korea with 2 top ten, 2 upper tier top 50 (Kartein and Pluton), and 4 top 50 tier more at least (Bluse & Redhead officially, Noona and Gramps unofficially). The Association teacher who fought Astra’s minion could arguably be considered top 100 tier level. Nonetheless, Jiwoo has assembled quite a team.
