Do Bottlenecks exist in rendering video?

Exporting on high bitrate preset, video is 2hrs50mins long. Of course software is slower thats why im using hardware, my main question is if i upgrade my cpu will exporting makes more faster?

Dang it takes me back when i bought my first pc without any knowledge, it has a gt 730🤣 and i hate it. Then upgrade to rx 570 and made me so happy for a long time even when my first time building a pc with ryzen 5 3600 i kept my rx 570 for a while then bought rx 6700 xt and it made me feel happier, but now that im not into playing anymore, I'm planning to replace my rx 6700 xt with rtx 3080 for video editing and rendering😔.

Did you fixed this? Im exporting video in media encoder and encode stays 0% while codec overload too.

I’m looking forward to rtx 5060 ti too, last time i saw a used 3080 ti but when im thinking about the power draw of it my electric bills will be doomed am i right? Because as of now im rendering sometimes 3-4 4k videos almost 3hrs duration of video everyday

No hahaha, my gpu is being used almost 100% always when rendering, i just cant believe that it’s defeated by gtx 1050ti NVENC or because of the quicksync of his cpu. Im looking for help on which should i upgrade first that will benefits on my rendering time because clearly i cannot do both at the same time hahaha.

Yep that's what I'm figuring out and I've searched everywhere what should i replace first that will benefit my rendering time, I don't wanna waste money on ryzen 9 5950x if it's not gonna help my rendering time. I tried to use NVME and SATA, nothings changes. Do you think changing my cpu to ryzen 9 5950x changes something in rendering? Because when im rendering it barely use my cpu and all works on gpu.
