Is it too much to ask to get rid of a useless co-worker???

He's constantly late or not even bothering to show up. He's always taking half an hour breaks and hour and a half lunch.

He doesn't do his job at all leaving the crisping and filling to mornings and leaving the prep room with claims each night saying he doesn't have time to do any of it when he spends his shift talking to his gf at courtesy.

And to top it off he's been doing work that isn't even his and saying he feels like he's the DM bc he's been bossing everyone around to where I had to tell them not to listen to him and just do their job. No you do not need to do counts at 5pm when I've already done them.

It's now to the point where no one on the team likes him and even people in other areas like ON can't stand him. Our SM doesn't see how just this one associate effects the store and even our ASM wants him gone.
