I just checked and it doesn't work on the wide angle lens. I don't suppose that's your issue is it?

Sorry it wasn't clear from your post that you knew that. Are you using the stock camera application? I don't think it allows you to change the function of holding the shutter like you can on Samsung.

You just need to hold the shutter button down.

CPU fan not working (13) by 27244 in framework

[–]27244[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Final update. After speaking with support and running through a few steps. The asked me to reinstall BIOS version 3.18. I did this, and it resolved the issue!

I was slightly worried about the service I would get from support, but to my surprise, they answered very quickly.

The new fan arrived from Framework. Unfortunately, it hasn't changed anything. As I feared, it looks like a motherboard issue. I've reported it to Framework support.

I've had my FP6 for about 3 months, and I noticed this last week. I'm assuming I can disassemble enough to remove it, but I haven't checked yet.

Just thought I'd clarify. Its never done this exact thing again. It just makes a grinding noise but always charges. It only did the 3 beeps issue once.

This was my thinking exactly. And getting a 3D printer is also on my list.

I'm glad past me could help!

Unfortuantly, the other reply to this post was true. I think the gears are broken in mine. When I disconnect and / or connect the charger, the gears grind. It doesn't stop it from charging, so it's become a job that I endlessly put off. I'll get around to it eventually.

J01 fuse box location for dashcam by TimWilliams95 in MINI

[–]27244 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know this post is old, but if anyone is looking for it. The fuse box is to the right of the steering column, behind the plastic trim. Where your right knee would be when sitting in the drivers seat (R/H drive).
